Rory's Jester injects a strong Sire line into Star of Rory, aided by an equally solid Dam line, through Starelic.
Star Of Rory had 7 wins, 22 placings from 58 starts and showed speed to burn and tenacity.
Star Of Rory commenced stud duties in 2000. His oldest progeny will be rising 4 in the 06 season.
"Star of Rory’s progeny has won trials and is emulating those trial wins on the track now. The reports from trainers are outstanding," Mr Hickey said. " One of the first two-year-olds, the nuggetty bay colt Lindmark Star, won barrier trials at Eagle Farm and Doomben in very convincingly style, running fast times . "His other progeny are also showing potential, and clearly have Star of Rory's tough nature and will to win on the racetrack."
River Hills principal Mark Hickey said 'Star of Rory' was entering his fifth year at stud, and his progeny were starting to attract plenty of attention. Star of Rory is popular with Queensland breeders looking for Speed and Stamina
